At OUTR®, every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves us.

If something isn't right with your order, we'll always do our best to make it right.


Returns

Because every OUTR® order is shipped internationally, we're currently unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Accidental purchases

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Or has a manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@outrofficial.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Our team will review your request as quickly as possible.


OUTR® Care

Every OUTR® piece is protected by OUTR® Care, our 12-month quality guarantee.

If your jewelry develops a manufacturing defect within one year of delivery, we'll send you a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.

In most cases, you won't be required to return the original item.


What isn't covered?

OUTR® Care does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Everyday scratches
  • Lost jewelry
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper use or care
  • Natural oxidation of sterling silver
  • Natural fading or oxidation of gold-plated brass over time

These are natural characteristics of the materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Your order cannot be delivered due to our error.
  • We shipped the wrong item and a replacement isn't available.
  • A refund has been approved by our customer support team.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
